The Puzzle Mat 3D® 45 mm ball sports tile is a mobile, durable playing surface for temporary sports facilities. It is quick to install and remains stable without edging. The tiles are made from 90% recycled material and comply with EN 12235-2013-12 and EN 12616:2023-06. They offer good ball rebound, low-impact play, and are slip-resistant. Water permeates easily through the surface. Logos and lines can be easily integrated.

The Puzzle Mat 3D® 45 mm ball sports tile represents an innovative and flexible solution – a modern alternative to traditional, poured sports floors. Thanks to its clever interlocking system, the tile is easy to install and remains securely connected, even without additional barriers or frames.

This system is particularly popular for short-term installations or mobile sports facilities, such as temporary soccer fields in parks or schoolyards. The individual 45 mm tile panels have been carefully tested for important criteria such as ball rebound, joint protection, and water drainage. Their anti-slip surface provides additional safety during play.

The product meets the requirements of EN 12235-2013-12 and EN 12616:2023-06 and impresses with its sustainable production – it is made from 90% recycled material. Once installed, the elements remain firmly in place, ensuring a stable playing surface. Installation is straightforward, and markings or logos can be applied directly upon request. The system is ideal for temporary use, but can also be visually and functionally enhanced with matching edge and corner panels. The structure also allows for infiltration of up to 4 liters of water per square meter—perfect for outdoor use.
